Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digicare IT Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) website, client portal and services. By using them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Our services
We provide IT, web and related digital services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a quotation, invoice or written agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the written agreement for that project applies.
Your account
- Client portal access is given to you by us. Keep your login details confidential and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Quotations, invoices and payments
- Prices are shown in the currency stated on the quotation or invoice and may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices must be paid by the due date shown. We may pause work or services on overdue accounts.
- Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payments already made for work that has started are non-refundable.
- Recurring services such as hosting, domains and support renew for the period shown on your invoice or contract until cancelled in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, materials and approvals we need on time. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
- Make sure you own or have permission to use everything you give us, such as text, images, logos and data.
- Do not use our services for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or that infringes other people’s rights.
Intellectual property
Once a project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you, except for third-party software, fonts, images and our pre-existing tools, which stay under their own licences or remain ours. We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Support and revisions
Support requests are handled through the client portal or the contact details below. The number of revisions and the support period are those stated in your quotation or contract. Work outside that scope may be charged separately.
Hosting and third-party services
Some services rely on third-party providers such as hosting, domain, email or payment companies. We are not responsible for outages or changes that are outside our reasonable control, but we will help you resolve them where we can.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that the claim relates to.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or do not pay on time. You may stop using our services at any time, but you must still pay for work already carried out.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Digicare IT Limited is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.
